Johnson & Johnson Software Engineer interview experience

Negative

SwitzerlandPosted May 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process started with an online application and then an initial round over Teams, followed by an in-person interview and site visit.

The job itself had been open for a long time, and the pay was described as extremely low.

The part that threw me off most was that before I could even begin, the position was already cut. Difficulty was marked easy, but the experience was frustrating because it meant the effort didn’t lead to anything stable or ongoing.

I didn’t receive an offer, and the main takeaway for me was how abruptly the role disappeared even after I had progressed through early stages.
