Sunnyvale, CAPosted Apr 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The process began at a career fair, where I met a recruiter and was asked to interview later that same day.

That first conversation was in person with two managers, and it felt focused and direct rather than sprawling.

A week after that, I was contacted to speak with the head manager. The final step came quickly after—another week later—and I received an acceptance offer. Overall, it felt like a two-stage funnel with clear momentum, and it left me with the impression that they knew what they were looking for early and moved once they aligned on it.
