Jio Software Engineer interview experience

Even though the first parts were described as straightforward, the technical experience depended heavily on how stable the connection was.

The steps were simple in order—an aptitude section with coding, then the interview, and finally the result. I felt that aptitude and the coding component weren’t the real challenge, because the interview experience itself shifted based on the recruiter and the network conditions.

I didn’t get selected. My honest reflection is that it was frustrating because my performance felt less trustworthy when the connection kept affecting how smoothly the round ran.
