I applied through their website and got a phone call within two days to set up an interview for the following day.

The interview took place in the store with HR, so it felt a bit more formal than some of the manager-only chats I’d heard about. It didn’t take forever—I received a response about three days later.

By the end, I didn’t get the offer, but the overall structure was simple: quick scheduling, an in-store HR conversation, then a short wait for the decision. The main feeling I walked away with was that I’d done everything required, but the final call didn’t go my way.
