J.B. Hunt Transport Software Engineer interview experience

No offer

Hard

Negative

United StatesPosted Aug 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

The most frustrating part of my process was how they handled timing and communication.

I never really knew where I stood. Instead of getting status updates or any clear signal about what was happening, I was left waiting without knowing whether I was moving forward.

The hiring managers also left a bitter impression. The tone felt harsh and unwelcoming, like they didn’t want to hire or that the role may have already been filled.

I didn’t receive an offer, and honestly the whole experience was less about interview questions and more about feeling stalled and disregarded.
