My interview experience didn’t feel like the main challenge; the workload after acceptance was.

I knew I’d be required to take a lot of tax classes, either on site or online, and it ended up being very time-consuming. The process required motivation to keep moving through everything, because I wasn’t just watching content—I was also tested across the modules.

The difficulty I felt was tied to the volume and pace of learning rather than a conversation with interviewers. I wasn’t walking into a role with an easy runway.

I ended up getting an offer, and what I remember most clearly was realizing that the real bar was the training and the testing that followed, not the interview itself.
