Jackson Hewitt Tax Associate interview experience

I got questions that were mostly yes/no and close-ended, and the focus was less about my education and more about basic compatibility with what the role required. After that, it turned into an assessment-and-training track where they used results from the coursework to judge whether I was ready.

There wasn’t much drama around the interview itself—once they felt I matched the needs, they guided me into online learning and tests. Even when they did talk to me directly, the deciding factor still came down to how I performed in training rather than how I presented in a formal interview setting.
