Jack Henry & Associates Software Engineer interview experience

I heard that interviews could stretch to anywhere from 3 up to 8 rounds, sometimes even reaching very senior leadership levels. The scale felt excessive to me, especially for an entry-level position, and it made the process feel less efficient than it should’ve been. I didn’t end up with an offer, but the main thing I remember is the sheer number of interviews and how unnecessary it seemed for the level I was applying to.
