I applied through their job board and was contacted very promptly by HR to set up the interview.

Working with HR was easy and informative, and I remember having a lot of questions that they were genuinely helpful in answering. When interview time came, I met with the hiring manager in his office, and it honestly felt more like a conversation than a formal interview. That tone immediately put me at ease.

The questions were fairly light and general—focused on me, my employment background, and what I was looking for. I also spent a lot of time talking about the company and the role itself, including how it compared to my current situation, rather than feeling like I was being interrogated.
