I felt like the interview process was fine overall, but it didn’t fully dig into my technical background.

The interviewers didn’t go in depth throughout, and there wasn’t a dedicated technical round the way many tech-focused companies typically do. The process leaned heavily toward behavioral and cultural fit, and that didn’t feel tightly connected to the actual job scope.

Because of that mismatch, I finished the process without feeling like I’d been evaluated on the core technical abilities I expected for the role.
