The process started through an outsourcing pathway, and it immediately felt uncomfortable from a logistics standpoint.

I was asked for an excessive amount of very specific personal data that didn’t seem necessary for how the interviews worked. I also had to complete multiple forms, and the way those requests were handled made me feel like my privacy was at risk.

Even though I hadn’t gotten to a deeply technical part yet, the experience left me uneasy early on. It changed how I felt about moving forward because the administrative side was too intrusive compared to what the interview process required.
