Milwaukee, WIPosted May 2017 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I met with a group of engineers and engineering managers, along with account managers, and the process included a deep dive into product design.

They gave me an office product to examine thoroughly and asked me to analyze the details and explain why I thought each aspect mattered.

They also had a written test with many questions related to part tolerances. The whole experience was very demanding because it combined explanation—why I made design connections—with technical content in the form of tolerancing problems.

It was genuinely difficult, and by the end it felt like they were probing for both technical depth and the ability to break down complex design details under pressure.
