Toronto, ONPosted Aug 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had an easier, quick interview experience where the early stages tested aptitude and basic Java OOP, then moved to a simple technical and HR wrap-up.

Aptitude round — Basic aptitude questions as a first filter.
Technical round (simple OOPs + a couple of questions) — Java OOP concepts plus two questions to solve.
Final HR interview — HR discussion after the technical round.
(Similar easy path) Online assessment + easy final — In another version, I had an online assessment with easy questions followed by a very basic interview. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, but the process was described as simple and straightforward for candidates who prepared basics.
