I went through a longer multi-week journey with multiple rounds spread across weekends, mixing aptitude/puzzles with technical and HR/managerial evaluation.

Written/assessment-driven start — I saw aptitude/puzzle elements early, including language-based and advanced programming knowledge checks.
Coding rounds (basic + advanced) — Two coding rounds were conducted: one basic and one advanced.
HR/managerial — The final stage was HR/managerial-style, with overall evaluation taking about two weeks or spanning consecutive weekends depending on the track. Outcome: I didn’t advance, but the format clearly tested both reasoning and practical programming across several checkpoints.
