I interviewed for the Software Engineer role in a multi-stage process that started with an assessment test and then moved into technical and HR conversations.

Online assessment — I took an initial test; one version included negative marking and covered basic CS coding plus aptitude.
Technical interview — I was asked questions based on my resume and projects, along with coding questions.
HR interview — A separate HR round where the focus shifted to fit and discussion beyond pure coding.
Whole process pace — One timeline completed within a week, and overall it felt organized. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, but the process felt fair and aligned to resume/coding foundations rather than advanced system design.
