I experienced a fairly easy screening cadence where early rounds were coding and assessment-focused, with feedback loops to confirm what I did.

Coding rounds — I faced two coding questions in the first stage.
Assessment step — Next came an office/assessment-type round.
Review with engineers — After the assessment, I had a review to ensure the evaluation reflected my actual work. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer in my case, but the process felt supportive and straightforward—there was a clear attempt to validate competency rather than purely trick candidates.
