Manassas, VAPosted Dec 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a more detailed, communications-heavy interview trail with multiple video/behavioral components alongside technical questioning.

Phone screen — The first call was a phone interview.
Video technical rounds — Follow-up rounds happened via video calls and included more detailed technical questions (including app-type comparisons in one flow).
Asynchronous + live behavioral/technical — In another similar flow, there was an asynchronous behavioral/technical stage followed by a final live video interview; back-and-forth timing after each interview was roughly a week. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the process tested both how I think and how I explain, not just raw coding ability.
