Houston, TXPosted Jun 2022 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process was quick and friendly, starting with a basic aptitude test and moving through a simple coding round into onsite availability and then an offer timeline.

Aptitude test — I started with a basic aptitude screen.
Coding round — I completed a coding interview that felt simple.
Onsite availability / onsite discussion — I received an email requesting onsite availability, and the onsite interviews were described as simple.
Scheduling issue (separate experience noted) — In another case, a scheduled phone call interview didn’t occur. Outcome: In one of these flows, I received an offer about a week after the onsite step; overall the takeaway was that the evaluation was straightforward when communication worked.
