I had an easy, low-friction process where they leaned on motivation and simple technical checks rather than heavy coding depth.

Written/assessment — I completed an online written test with English and aptitude questions.
Technical (light) — I faced basic/simple questions; there weren’t many hard technical challenges, and the bar felt accessible.
HR/motivation — A big part of the conversation was my motivation and general discussion about the role and responsibilities. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the experience was friendly and felt easier than typical technical interviews.
