I went through a tough, multi-round technical process where qualification depended heavily on passing a prior assessment.

5 technical rounds + post-assessment move forward — I completed five rounds of technical interviews; the questions were programming-focused and detailed, and it felt like the overall process was hard. After I passed the assessment portion, my application proceeded into a technical round. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer, and I’d summarize it as a process that tested endurance and depth, not just one-off coding ability.
