Los Angeles, CAPosted Jan 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I had a fair, transparent three-stage process where aptitude and programming quizzes were paired with character assessment.

Aptitude test — A first screening focused on aptitude.
Technical/programming quiz — Next I completed a programming quiz.
Character/automatic interview — An automated round about my character.
Live programming quiz — A final live programming quiz before the process ended. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the takeaway was that they looked for consistent performance across multiple quiz-like checkpoints.
