I had a structured four-round hiring loop that mixed reasoning, coding, communication, and HR, and it felt manageable.

Aptitude/reasoning — The first round tested aptitude and reasoning.
Coding — A pair of coding tasks: one easy and one medium.
Communication round — I had to do language/communication-style tasks like arranging words or speaking through a passage.
HR interview — A final HR round focused on general behavioral/fit questions. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and my takeaway was that I needed to be comfortable not just coding, but also communication and reasoning under a timed, segmented format.
