I had an average process that mixed aptitude/testing with a couple of technical steps and a short HR check, and it felt fairly structured.

Aptitude/technical online tests → technical → HR — I started with aptitude and technical online tests, moved into a technical round, and finished with HR; the HR discussion was brief.
Written test → technical interview (assessment gate) — I took a written test with English and aptitude; if I cleared it, I was essentially close to the next interview stage. Then came a technical interview with an online assessment.
Basics + OS/networking + HR — I was tested on coding basics plus networking and OS-level concepts, then answered design-based questions, followed by an HR round
