I went through an interview that included an introduction plus a training-orientation step, and it felt high-risk financially if I didn’t complete it.

Intro + technical check — I started with an introduction, then questions on Java OOP aspects and a LeetCode-style easy coding question.
Orientation week — After passing, there was an orientation/class week with scheduled learning and homework.
Training completion gate — I was warned that quitting after training would require repaying a training cost; only after finishing could I continue training. Outcome: I didn’t accept an offer, and the takeaway was that the process shifted from interviews to paid onboarding commitments.
