I interviewed for a contract-style path where the early focus was on fit and eligibility, followed by training rather than a typical immediate offer.

Phone call screening — I discussed work authorization and mostly behavioral topics.
Assessment and first rounds — I moved through an interview sequence with a first round and then another round after a short onboarding step.
Orientation and training pipeline — If I passed the later interview round, I would have attended paid training (and then additional training/marketing steps). Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, and the takeaway is that success was tied to completing the staged training track.
