Miami, FLPosted Jul 2021 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for the Software Engineer role through short, timed stages: a quick assessment, a brief technical session, then a small coding task, with most questions staying elementary.

HR/OA stage — completed an online assessment within about 30 minutes.
HR/background + short tech check — described my resume/projects and answered common OOP-related questions.
Technical interview (Skype/video) — reviewed core Java and database concepts; I also handled an easy coding question.
Timed intro + tech interview — did a short introduction, then answered basic questions about education and experience before the coding portion.
Second round (in some flows) — covered basic HTML/CSS and front-end basics alongside the Java/SQL topics. Outcome: No offer,
