My process had a broader screening-to-onsite arc: an assessment first, then multiple virtual interviews covering implementation, data structures, system design, and behavioral/leadership themes.

It felt moderate overall.

Online test/aptitude — I took an assessment that included multiple skill sections (quantitative/verbal/reasoning) and sometimes networking/security or pseudocode-style items.
Virtual/practical implementation round — I built or implemented a small utility and had to apply practical reasoning.
Data-structure design round — I solved a design-style problem focused on how to structure data and operations.
System design / algorithmic design round — I discussed system-level thinking and also an algorithmic design challenge.
