I ran a more structured, multi-stage pipeline that started with a cognitive test and then progressed to a manager call and an on-site, and it ended with an offer.

Cognitive test — I completed a cognitive test first, then moved on only after passing.
Recruiter/phone call + technical questions — I got scheduled for a phone call where I answered two technical questions via screen sharing.
On-site (2 technical interviews, 1 hour each) — I met two engineers and did two hour-long technical interviews that felt pretty straightforward.
Follow-up — About a week later, I received an offer. Outcome: I got the offer, and the takeaway was that the process was organized and very candidate-friendly.
