I interviewed through a small pipeline that included training and a coding test where my code couldn’t be executed—making precision important.

HR round — A check for how I handle certain situations.
MCQ round — A set of very simple multiple-choice questions.
Training week — After the MCQs, there was a week of training.
Technical round (Java concepts) — Questions like OOPs and class loader.
Coding test (no execution) — A coding test where code couldn’t run; typos could cost points. Outcome: I didn’t move forward, and the main takeaway was to be meticulous since the environment didn’t tolerate small mistakes.
