My process was very straightforward and felt more like screening than competitive interviewing, with an HR-style phone intro followed by an evaluation.

Phone/HR intro — HR asked basic information about me and talked about the company, then discussed joining an orientation.
Evaluation test — After the phone call, I completed an evaluation test.
No further interview if I passed — The report indicated that if I passed the test, I would get the job. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer as recorded, but the takeaway was that selection may hinge heavily on the evaluation test rather than multiple interviews.
