I had a longer online coding assessment that mixed coding with a personality component, while the interviewer stayed approachable.

Online coding (70 minutes) — I answered two questions on a coding platform.
Technical assessment (2 hours) — This portion included two coding problems plus a personality assessment afterward.
Basic programming check — They also asked basic questions about programming languages as part of the overall assessment. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer, but the communication felt friendly and the structure was clear.
