I had a short screening-to-technical flow that emphasized professionalism over tricky questioning, usually on Skype with shared screens when coding was involved.

HR screen (first step) — I started with HR to discuss fit.
Coding test / online technical — I completed an online technical step with coding; questions and difficulty were described as moderate-to-manageable.
Director/engineering leadership chat — In one path, I spoke for about an hour with a director of the group.
Feedback timing — In another path, I received feedback within two days after the Skype interviews. Outcome: No offer; the takeaway was that communication was professional and the process was efficient.
