Itc Infotech Software Engineer interview experience

It started with something simple but important: they asked me to introduce myself and talk through basics.

Once that was done, the interview moved into a technical round. The flow felt progressive, and because the interviewer was supportive, it was easier to stay focused while answering. I never felt like I was being left alone to figure everything out without guidance.

I didn’t end up receiving an offer, but the experience itself felt more constructive than demoralizing. I left with a clearer picture of what technical conversations would look like for this role.
