My interview process included a written assignment that felt unusual compared to typical screens.

It combined an IQ-style test with a translation task, and then there was a more analytical element where I had some data to review and write a report.

I also faced an additional factor question as part of the same exercise, so it wasn’t just about whether I could answer interview-style prompts—it was about demonstrating I could handle mixed cognitive and reporting tasks in a single sitting.

Overall, it was clearly designed to filter for thinking style and communication through writing, and that made it feel more demanding than the usual back-and-forth interview format.
