Ion Group Software Engineer interview experience

The sequence felt like a chain of checkpoints: first a technical interview, then a case study evaluation, and then a stakeholders interview. The process culminated in an “ION day” at the Delhi office.

Even though I didn’t get further than the stages I attended, the journey felt designed to test different angles—problem solving first, then how I handled a business-style situation, and finally how I came across with stakeholders. The campus pathway made the early part feel straightforward, but the later stages clearly expected me to be consistent across multiple formats.
