The process started with an online test, and once I qualified I moved into an interview that felt more logic-and-fundamentals oriented than job-specific at first glance.

In the interview, I was asked to solve riddles, debug some code, and predict the output. They also had theoretical questions centered on OOP.

It was difficult enough that it required careful reading and attention, but it also tested whether I could reason through programming behavior rather than just describe concepts.

I didn’t get an offer. My honest take was that the interview style was very focused on mental simulation—debugging and output prediction—so if I lost track even briefly, it affected everything that followed.
