My recruiter screen was followed by a technical screen, and then I moved into a big day that included a craft segment, system design, an AI assessment, and a hiring manager conversation.

The whole thing covered a lot of ground and felt a bit exhausting just because it was so many different formats and topics back-to-back.

Even with the intensity, it still felt smooth overall. I kept getting lots of questions from different angles, and there was a bit of a learning exchange with the interviewers. I didn’t end up with an offer, but the process left me feeling like it was interactive rather than purely interrogative.
