The first step was a recruiter discovery call where we talked through my background and the role.

After that, I went into a technical interview that included coding questions and system design. Then came a virtual onsite with multiple rounds, including behavioral, technical deep dives, and a pair programming session.

It was clearly a deeper, more involved process, and it felt like they were trying to assess more than one dimension of engineering—how I design, how I code in collaboration, and how I reason in technical discussion. I didn’t get an offer, but the experience felt like a serious evaluation rather than a quick filter.
