A recruiter reached out to me through LinkedIn, and the first call was a straightforward phone screen.

We mostly covered my educational background and work history, and the recruiter felt friendly and easy to talk to.

After that, I moved into a technical segment with two engineers: one full stack developer and one staff software developer. The interview structure felt more like a hands-on technical discussion than an extended algorithm marathon, and it left me feeling like they were trying to understand how I think and how I’ve worked in practice rather than just testing trivia.
