Toronto, ONPosted Nov 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through an intense, six-hour onsite process where I had multiple meetings with team members.

Each time, I explained my code and also walked through design choices and the reasoning behind them.

It felt like a lot of rounds back-to-back, and honestly it could have been broken up more, but the structure was consistent: lots of code and decision-making discussion rather than quick single questions. I didn’t end up getting an offer, and by the end I was left feeling drained more than anything else.
