My process started the way you’d expect: a short screen call, then a technical interview in a one-on-one format with another engineer.

After that, I moved into a longer panel-style session that lasted about four hours.

The panel included a couple of engineers, a data scientist, and the hiring manager. The structure made it feel comprehensive, like they were stress-testing both my communication and my technical thinking across multiple perspectives. It was an easy-on-paper but still substantial stretch, and I didn’t receive an offer.
