El Segundo, CAPosted Jan 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My first step was a phone call with HR, and it was honestly very smooth and friendly.

By the end of that conversation, I was told I’d be given three online tests before moving forward: two HackerRank assessments and a case study that required writing almost like a real mini project. I waited for the email links and, after a few hours without receiving them, I reached out to ask for the links. They responded quickly afterward, and the tests became the next major hurdle.

Once I sent the results, HR set up a live online coding test with an engineer. I expected it to be the same person I thought I’d been assigned, but the engineer wasn’t available and someone else joined instead.
