International Software Engineer interview experience

He told me he’d follow up in a few days to set up an interview, but when he didn’t call back, I reached out again and we moved quickly from there.

Once it was set, I flew out and had my in-person interview in the same day. The interview lasted around an hour and a half, and then I flew home right after. The whole timeline felt fast and a little messy because the initial follow-up was unclear, but once I was in the interview chair it went smoothly enough. A week later, I was contacted again, which at least kept momentum going.
