I went through a fairly casual, round-based process that still ended up feeling thorough.

First I had an HR interview, then a manager hiring discussion, and after that there was another manager hiring conversation plus a panel-style segment with a few other team members. The tone was relaxed rather than formal, and the conversations didn’t feel overly combative.

I don’t have an offer from that cycle, but the experience overall felt more about fit and communication than about trick questions. There was enough structure—multiple levels and a small panel—that I got a good sense of how different parts of the team thought about the role.
