Atlanta, GAPosted Jan 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a high-pressure, skills-forward interview journey for a Software Engineer position, with heavy emphasis on timed testing and difficulty that felt well beyond a typical screen.

Recorded HireVue-style interview — I completed recorded questions where all candidates received the same prompts and my answers were reviewed.
Phone screen (technical) — a dedicated technical call focused on core knowledge.
Very hard face-to-face interview — I encountered an in-person round that matched the difficulty level implied by the earlier steps.
Phone screen plus timed Java writing test — another loop I experienced started with a phone conversation, followed by a 75-minute Java test that required fast completion and felt unlike coding on paper.
