Atlanta, GAPosted Dec 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a longer, higher-difficulty pipeline (roughly a month) with multiple structured rounds that escalated from coding to behavioral, aiming to test depth.

Recruiter round — a short 20-minute introduction.
Technical coding (1.5 hours) — a hands-on coding interview.
Technical coding (1.5 hours) — a second coding-focused technical round.
Onsite: senior solutions architect (45 minutes) — role-aligned technical discussion.
Onsite: principal engineer (45 minutes) — deeper technical evaluation.
Onsite: senior director (30 minutes) — executive-level conversation. Outcome: I didn’t get an offer; the process felt very demanding and systematically scaled in seniority and difficulty.
