Atlanta, GAPosted May 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I experienced a classic Java/backend-style pipeline with layered technical rounds, a design discussion, and an HR step to close out.

HR screening — review of basic company/role information.
Technical panel (multiple stages) — I was tested across core Java and then broader areas like cloud proficiency.
Managerial round — focused on my experience and fit.
Design round — a separate design-focused discussion.
HR / final offer step — HR wrapped up with an offer. Outcome: I received an offer in my process; the takeaway is that they looked for breadth (core Java + cloud), then validated communication via design and managerial rounds.
