I interviewed for ICE Software Engineer with an average-difficulty sequence that gradually increased in complexity and leaned on architecture.

Technical round (increasing difficulty) — It started with basic questions and then moved to more complex material.
Technical round (projects/architecture) — I was asked more about my project work and architectural decisions.
Onsite-style round — Interviewers focused heavily on my projects and architecture again, but with questions tailored to those areas. Outcome: I didn’t get the offer; the process felt consistent in structure and expectation.
