Atlanta, GAPosted Feb 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I ran into a very technical, security-and-performance oriented process that moved quickly and demanded strong Java fundamentals.

Single technical round — a focused conversation and coding exercise centered on algorithms, Java coding, and backend security.
Implementation + hardening — I implemented solutions using collections and common algorithms, then discussed performance and how to validate inputs and harden code with security best practices. Outcome: I wasn’t selected; the interview made it clear they expect deep, hands-on Java experience with secure backend design thinking.
