I went through a multi-stage process that mixed recruiter outreach and manager alignment with technical screens, and it moved fairly quickly once scheduled.

15–30 minute phone screening — initial screening focused on role fit and expectations.
Technical mock / coding prep stage (varied) — included a technical/mock style round.
HackerRank coding round — an online coding assessment.
In-person / further interview rounds — a final in-person step after the coding.
HR / manager panels (structured back-to-back) — multiple interviewers including managers and a team member. Outcome: I didn’t receive an offer; overall it felt structured, and the coding portion was the biggest decision point.
